One day I got really mad at my body for bringing sugar to areas of my body to turn into fatty tissues that my cells probably believed were just reserves that will one day save my life if there was no more food, and I said, "What did I just say, did I just say that my cells were capable of believing something. Well I was curious as to whether or not they could understand me and were self aware the whole entire time of my life. And so I stared at my body in the mirror and played with the idea that my blood cells could actually see what I was seeing as they passed through my brain, after all, they pass through the brain right, and so I started asking my cells to kindly stop dropping off fatty tissues around my body because it made me look bad and feel bad as well. weeks went by and my wife and her Son said my face looked a lot thinner and I kept it up and then noticed that I had been using a different notch on my belt, and them another notch and another until I was at the last notch and I was at 165 lbs. Now I had to brace myself when ever a breeze came my way because I was not 209 lbs anymore. I still am dumbfounded that merely talking to my cells has caused me to loose 44 lbs.
